CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN REPAIRER?
Yes! Most insurers have “freedom of choice” attached to their policies. Be sure to read your PDS carefully when purchasing an insurance product and make sure your insurer offers you this.
DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO WHERE MY INSURER TELLS ME TO?
No. As a consumer you have a choice and you can exercise your “freedom of choice” and choose your own repairer.
CAN I GET A LOAN CAR WHILE MY CAR IS IN FOR REPAIRS?
Yes of course! Mention our website and we will give you one absolutely free! Terms and conditions do apply ask us for more information when booking in.
DO YOU OFFER A DETAILING SERVICE?
Yes we do! We will give your car a complimentary wash and clean after every repair. If you would like to access our full detailing service ask one of our friendly staff for more information.
HOW AND WHO DO I PAY MY EXCESS TO?
Your excess is payable on completion along with any other fees and charges applicable to the repair. We accept all major credit cards and have full eftpos facilities. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
WHO GUARANTEES THE REPAIRS TO MY CAR?
Caddle Crash Repairs provides the guarantee to your car against any faulty workmanship or defects whilst you are the vehicle owner.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO OBTAIN AN ESTIMATE ?
Whilst we would like you to call and make a time , if you do arrive without a booking we will appoint an estimator to inspect your vehicle as quickly as possible.
You will also be given a general overview of the booking process if your car is driveable and for booking a loan car, type and availability. An Estimator will then be called to assist you further.
This is the time to discuss any extra work that you may require. We are happy to provide this service at a reasonable rate. It also ensures that your entire vehicle is returned totally renewed.
Detailing & Inspection
Upon completion of the repair process your vehicle enters our washbay where it undergoes a complimentary wash and clean. As part of our Quality System , your vehicle also undergoes its final inspection to ensure it is delivered to you in immaculate Pre-Accident condition.
Repairs performed are explained and checked with you and any questions you have will be answered. You will also find a Caddle Crash Repairs courtesy bag in your vehicle. Your vehicle will be back on the road as quickly as possible with the minimum of fuss.
